She was predeceased by: her former husband John Riske; her son Doug Riske; her brother Carl Pierson; and her grandson Kevin Maio. She is survived by: her husband Dale Tinis; her children, Eldon Riske (Brenda Anderson) of Ferintosh, Elaine Maio (Richard) of Edmonton, Sherry Riske of Edberg, Judy Lessard (Robbin) of Vernon, BC, Pat Giffin (Graham) of Drumheller, Kim Tinis (Kevin Lingrel) of Fort Saskatchewan and Mark Tinis (Candra) of Devon; and her brother Gordon Pierson of Camrose. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
