He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Kushnerik; his sisters, Emma Pointkowski (Walter) and Lena Bowal (Jack); his grandson Blaine Lohr; and his son-in-law Ron Lohr.
He is survived by: his brother Mickey Kushnerik (Irene). He is also survived by his three children: four grandchildren: three great-grandchildren.
