He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Mary; his son Kalman; and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his wife Marilylle; his daughter Marjorie Soveran of Camrose; and his siblings, Ernest (Elaine) of Vancouver, Robert of Guelph, Sylvia Wilde (Larry) of Okotoks and Douglas (Krisin) of Saskatoon.
