It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Linda Marie Vandenberg of Camrose, Alberta, who passed away on May 28, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wenig and Esther Wenig; her son Darryl Vandenberg; her brothers, Alois Wenig, Lorenz Wenig, Conrad Wenig, Rupert Wenig and Elwood Wenig; and her sister-in-law Jean Wenig.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Rolston (Wayne), Gerry Vandenberg (Dianne), Greig Vandenberg (Jennifer Strickland), Jason Vandenberg (Melissa) and Caren Lindstrom (Doug); her daughter-in-law Lynette Irvine; her sisters, Eileen DeBoer (Jacques) and Rita Webster (Bill); her sisters-in-law, Aline Wenig, Joyce Wenig and Corinne Wenig; and her close friend Darrol Christenson. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
