He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Marie. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Jennifer (Kirk), Shelly (Neil) and Richard (Janice); his sisters, Marilynn and Priscilla; and his parents-in-law, Lorna and John Misiak. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
