He was predeceased by: his parents, Fouchane Liang and Moy Liang. He is survived by: his siblings, Saofanh "Susan" Liang (Raymond Yu), Michael Liang (Somphone), Bruce Liang (Sheila Lindsay), Walter Liang (Tammy), Wayne Liang and Owen Liang.
