He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his siblings, Shane Johnson (Trandis) and Nicole Johnson; his children, Joseph Davis, Kayla Vandevord (Cody Ricard), Cheyenne Vandevord and Katrina Johnson (Cody Fraser); his grandchildren, Sierra Davis, Justine Davis, Tegan Ricard Johnson and Aiden Ricard Johnson; and his friends, Jennifer Clyne and Donald Taylor (Rose).
