He is survived by : his wife Patricia Devlin; his children, Petra Kelland (Bill), Julie Devlin-Hiscock (Brad) and John Devlin (Cathy); his grandchildren, Billy Kelland (Crystal), Brian Kelland (Tammy), Alex Beaudry, Adam Byers, Ethan Devlin-Hiscock and Lauren Devlin-Hiscock; and his great grandchildren, Teagan, Izabella, Alexandra, William and Claude Kelland.

“Although we didn’t have many opportunities to get together living far apart, I do have many fond memories of Uncle Wayne from the times we were together. I even remember the pictures and trinkets he had brought for nana and papa from his time in Cypress. So sorry for your loss…such a good man.”
