John Samuel Dolhagaray Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Samuel Dolhagaray of Carstairs, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 9, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Dolhagaray and Catherine Dolhagaray; his siblings, Suzanne Dahl, Pat Petrukovich and Martin Dolhagaray; and his stepson Shane Ford.
He is survived by: his spouse Merle MacLeod; and his children, Lisa Rozmahel (Matt), Jim Dolhagaray (Michelle), Kelli Dolhagaray and Donna Bowditch (Chris). He is also survived by numerous siblings, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 53 (121 10 Ave N, Carstairs, AB T0M0N0).
