It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert Lessard (Caslan, Alberta), who passed away on April 3, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Lessard and Zelia Lessard; his siblings, Lionel Lessard, Donald Lessard, George Lessard and Emily Lessard; and his brothers-in-law, Fred Karas and Irvin Bohay.
He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Marie Robinson (Brent), Arlene Elizabeth Lessard and Jessica Lynn Greff (Morgan); his stepchildren, Diana Celeste Rouncville (Joel) and Warne Nicholas Young (Marcela); the mothers of children, Yvonne Lessard and Irene Lessard; and his siblings, Ted Lessard, Johnny Lessard (Jackie), Emile Lessard (Judy), Lucille Szmyrko (Jim), Cecile Fersovitch (John) and Bernadette Karas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
