He is survived by: his children, Gail Evans (Craig) of Langham and Grant Revak (Jacquie) of Chestermere, Alberta.; and his grandchildren, Jordan Revak, Jessica Bueckert (Andrew), Whitney Revak (Shaye Osguthorpe) and Hayley Revak. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
