Garry left this world on September 19, 2025 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his father Werner Bewernick. He is survived by: his mother Nellie Bewernick (Herman Fech); his siblings, Harold Bewernick (Liz) and Debbie Oliver (Jamie); his wife Beverly; his children, Christopher (Julia), Jordan (Dorothy), Justin, Sydney and Brayden; his grandchildren, Olivia, Grace, Wesley and Georgia; and his mother-in-law Elsie.

In keeping Garry's vision alive we ask that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Garry's name to Youth Unlimited, Focus on the Family Canada, and Camp Chestermere.
