Alfred Augustus Isaac Obituary

ISAAC, Alfred Augustus (Alf) Alfred Augustus Isaac (Alf), 93, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at the Willowcreek Auxiliary Care Center in Claresholm, AB. He leaves to mourn his wife of 62 years, Jean; his sons, Colin (Ginny, son Stephen (Aliza)); Bryan (Susan, sons Jesse (Susie, grandson Keegan), John (Erin)); his daughter, Julie (Jim and sons Jesse (Shellsea) and Charlie). Born (1916) and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, the son of Augustus and Cassandra, he lived most of his life in Alberta, although spent many happy years of retirement in beautiful British Columbia. Alf and Jean were married in 1947 in Victoria, B.C. He and Jean raised their three children in Edmonton and, upon his retirement in 1978, decided they would make a move to Powell River, B.C. They enjoyed ten happy years there and another five on beautiful Pender Island, B.C. They then moved back to Alberta where they enjoyed their family, finally settling in Claresholm.
