He was predeceased by : his parents, Helen Allen and Pete Allen; his brothers, Tom and Pork (Delerith); his parents-in-law, Kathleen Pierson and Howard Pierson; and his brother-in-law Keith Pierson.

He is survived by : his wife Carolyne Allen; and his brother Don. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

“good morning I have just found out a about dells passing this morning on the ibew website. I worked with dell in fort mcmurray in 2005-2006 at the syncrude siteand havent been in contact since. I still have fond memories of dell,we sat together at coffee times and enjoyed each others stories.He talked a lot about his nephew-niece /think they lived with him after i think his brothers passing,and his wife . he had stories of working in the states and even meeting clint eastwood . sincerly Brad W”
