She was predeceased by: her parents, Rita Mark and George Mark; her brother Stewart; and her husbands, Theodore Rapley and Colin McKinnon.
She is survived by: her friend Diane; her children, Andre Mark (Donna), Tobias Rapley (Megan), Rita McDonald (Donald) and Cora Steel (Denny); her grandchildren, Ellora, Danika, Mason, Theodore, Caileigh, Adalind, Liam, Dmitri, Cyrano, Lucien, Isidrio, Alyvia, Declan and Keaton; her brother David (Liz); her stepson Kevin (Erica); and her children, Hannah and Brayden.
After a courageous journey with Parkinson's disease, Inger's final days reflected her entire life: grounded in the family that served as her true north.
