He is survived by: his daughters, Jody (Joe), Robin (Hein) and Christine; his grandsons, Jeremy, Austin, Seth and Bentley; his pet Star; his close friend Judy; and his siblings, Chieni and Berend. He is also survived by neighbors, and many other friends.
