She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Antonio Capaldi and Mary Capaldi; her husband Gerald (Scotland); her grandson Eric; and her children, Gerry Laing (Craig), Rosemary Kozak (Raymond), Carolyn Tallack and Mark Tallack (Candace).

Wynne died peacefully at Willowcreek Continuing Care Center in Claresholm, Alberta following a long struggle with Alzheimer's Disease.
