It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kurt Ruff (Coaldale, Alberta), who passed away on March 28, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Kay Ruff; his siblings, Edmund Ruff (Luba), Ruth Schock (Helmut), Monica Been (Brian) and Annette Barker (Les); his parents, Gottliebe Ruff and Alexander Ruff; his stepmother Olga Ruff; his brother-in-law Helmut Schock; and his siblings, Erica and Horst. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews.

“I am so sorry for the loss of your father Cathy. My heart stopped hearing this news. Immediately my mind went back to our dads soccer playing days. They were BRILLIANT players. Skilled. Exciting. Passionate. I also remembered them going Shooting. Lastly I remember our parents playing cards while we played Barbies. Lol or building Tree Houses. Your home was a warm home to visit. You're dad was a very proud German and laughed easily from my memories. Sending gratitude for these pleasant memories.”
