She was predeceased by : her spouse Dimitry Pavlenko; her son Nick Pavlenko; her parents, Kateryna Spitzky and Trokhim Spitzky; and her siblings, Katya and Oleksiy.

She is survived by : her son Alex Pavlenko of Lethbridge; her grandchildren, Terry Pavlenko (Kristina) of Calgary, Angela Quinn (Nicholas) of Calgary and Camille Pavlenko of Calgary; and her niece Olga Pysarenko of Kiev, Ukraine.. She is also survived by her 3 great grandsons.
