We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2021, at the age of 38, Charles Daniel Chase II of Cochrane, Alberta, born in Norman, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his siblings, Angie Elizabeth Chase and Henry Matthew Chase. He is survived by : his wife Katie Chase; his parents, Dan Chase and Janis Newton (Tom); his siblings, Joe Chase, Amber Glass (Caleb), Ashley Sherman (Josh), Christian Smith (Andrea), Brandon Smith (Christi) and Randi Krause; his nieces and nephews, Analyse Smith, Taylor Smith, Emma Kirksey, Ethan Smith and Bodhi Glass; and his pets, Laci, Susie, Vinnie, Frank and Beans. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
