He was predeceased by: his wife Mary "Anita" Dwyer of Cochrane, AB; his parents, Clarence Dwyer and Marion Dwyer; his grandchildren, Devon and Jamie Dwyer; and his siblings, Justin (Millie), Ray (Mary), Winnie, Zita (Jean Paul), Madeleine and Sheila (Jack).
He is survived by: his sisters, Stella (Buck), Patsy (Frank), Barbara Ann of Grand Falls, Maureen (Ray) of Olds, AB and Lorraine of Edmonton, AB.; his children, Lorraine Hillier (Rob) of Mount Pearl, NL, Rick (Linda) of Turner Valley, AB, Randy of Red Deer, AB and Renee Paul (Andrew) of Cochrane, AB.; his grandchildren, Christopher (Elysha), Lucas (Audrey), Jennifer, Jesse, James, Karly, Keanan and Kaitlin; and his great grandchild Penny Hillier. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Additional memorial trees will be planted through Canadian conservation and reforestation initiatives, as a result of memorial contributions.
