He is survived by : his parent Geraldine "Peggy" Sowers (Carr); his significant other Laura Paterson; his children, Joanna Carlson (Vic) of Calgary, AB, Melanie Zimmer (Scott) of Calgary, AB and Tim Sowers (Trudi) of Douglas, NB; his grandchildren, Jessica Pott, Brittini Sowers, Caitlin Sowers, Melissa Carlson, Shaun Carlson, Jordyn Carlson, Kadyn Carlson, Conner Carlson, Aurora Zimmer and Alyssa Zimmer; his great grandchildren, Brianna, Bailey, Myniah, Sharon Colburne (Herbie) of Geary, NB, Linda Clarkson (Bernard) of Stanley, NB and Kate Kirkpatrick (Jim) of Smiths Falls, ON; his brothers, Paul (Debbie), Neil (Ann) of Newmarket, ON and Rob (Tobi) of Fredericton, NB; his former life partner Sharon Roberta Bourque; and also Elaine Sowers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
