He is survived by: his wife Emma Sweeney; his children, Bryan Sweeney, Lyle Sweeney (Cindy), Terry Sweeney (Dean Janz), Kelly Sweeney (Annette) and Kathy Dean (Neil); his grandchildren, Mica, Leslie Ann, Sheena, Michelle, Jamie, Crystal, Alexandra, Jason, Kansas, Kayla, Micheal, Shawn, Carl and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Maryah, Paxton, Randy Jr., Phoenix, Quinn, Lily, Emma and Owen; and his great great grandchildren, Zoey, Jace, Austin, Calvin, Jayden, Kiaiden, Janai, Kasen, Bently, Ember, Xavier, Easton and Addy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes in memory of Frank may be sent to a charity of one's choice.
