He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Wheeler and Hazel Wheeler; and his sisters, Gloria, Yvonne and Debbie.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Wheeler (Rainey), Meaghan Petit (Denis) and Breanna Wheeler (Mitchell); his stepdaughters, Tara Christian (Andrew), Jessica Hewlett (Travis) and Krista Abbott; and his brother Randall Wheeler (Gwen).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the St. Dominic's Roman Catholic Church (811 Lakeshore Dr, Cold Lake, AB T0A0T0). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Dominic Roman Catholic Church (811 Lakeshore Dr, Cold Lake, AB T0A0T0).
