We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2019, at the age of 66, Brenda Hanzel (Colinton, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Borgen and Joanne Borgen. She is survived by : her husband Leo Hanzel; her children, Heather Berube (Richard), Neil Hanzel (Amy) and Warren Hanzel (Trisha); and her grandchildren, Katrina, Melissa (Justin Berube), Jerrid (Juliana Hanzel) and Brooklyn (Tori Hanzel). She is also survived by numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Canadian Mental Health Association - Alberta Division; 320 Ledgeview Business Centre, 9707 – 110 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5K 2L9.
