It is with sadness that the passing of Ella Clara Kropsinke (Consort, Alberta) is shared. Ella, born on June 18, 1927 in Medicine Hat, Alberta, passed away on October 11, 2026. Ella will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honour Ella by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Ella is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Ella’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Forbes and Alma Forbes (Stahl); and her husband Earl Kropinske. She is survived by: her children, William, Sharon and Robert; her great grandchild Miranda Bitzer; her grandson Darcy Wiens; and her siblings, Raymond Forbes, Lillian Funk, Vera Connell and Marjorie Schacher.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Consort Sportex Hall (4602 50 Ave, Consort, AB T0C1B0).
