Bernice, born on May 24, 1937, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. She was predeceased by: her husband Russell; her children, Marcia and Lawrence; her parents, Nicholas Hladchuk and Annie Hladchuk; and her siblings, Lawrence, Victor, Emily, Rosie and Victoria.
She is survived by: her children, Brian (Sue), Dianne St (Dellard), Lorraine Jacula (Raymond), Lorna Brill (Gary) and Albert (Leeann); and her brothers-in-law, Harry Miller and Havey Brantnall. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren & 5 great-great-grandchildren.
A prayer was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Church (2 St W, Derwent, AB T0A1A0). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
