She was predeceased by: her sister Cori; her grandparents, Horace, Emma Osinchuk, Baba, Gido, Anne and John Sakowsky; her uncle Joe Sakowsky; and her aunts, Marilyn Sakowsky and Olga Tulodziecki (John).

She is survived by: her sons, Chayse and Linkoln Pankiw; the father of her children Jay Pankiw; her parents, Annette Sakowsky and Ken Sakowsky; her siblings, Kyle Sakowsky (Brandi), Krisean Aarbo (Aaron), Raymond Davis, Kaylie Steinley and Teagan Davis; and her parents-in-law, David and Bernadette Pankiw. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.
