Bill Rowland Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Rowland (Devon, Alberta), who passed away on June 22, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Anne Rowland and Ivan Rowland; and his sister Joan Dutton. He is survived by : his children, Tracey, Shaney and Tracy.
