He is survived by: his wife Marian Morrissey of Didsbury; his children, Michael Morrissey of Calgary and Jennifer Bergfeldt (Troy) of Calgary; his grandsons, Christian Wachs of Saskatoon and Noah Bergfeldt of Calgary; and his sister Darlene Ross-Haynes (Stanley) of Ottawa.
