It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Ann Powers (Drayton Valley, Alberta), who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary and John; and her siblings, Ruth, Evelyn and John.
She is survived by : her children, Pat Spargo (Bonnie) and Karen St. Martin (Ron); her grandchildren, Shandel Pearce (Dave), Trista Armstrong (Ryan) and Jamie St. Martin (Haley); her great grandchildren, Shayla, Keaton, Kenzie, Renn, Breya, Jack, Lily and Livia; and her brother Ed Powers (Karen). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Westward Hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wellsprings Family Resource Center, or the Whitecourt Cancer Society.
