He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis; his parents, Edward and Lydia; and his siblings, Oscar, Benno, Christian, Walter, Emil, Rose, Lillian and Theodora.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Kupsch (Janice) and Shelley Ostertag (Larry); and his grandchildren, Shayla, Kaylie, Cori (James), Sam and Izzy. He is also survived by his brothers, nephews and son-in-law.
Memorial donations in Elmer's name may be made directly to Emmaus Lutheran Church or to the charity of one's choice.
