He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Frank and Jean Frank; his wife Carroll; and his daughter Donna. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Frank (Susan), Betty Dahl (Kermit), Campbell River and Jennie McLeod (Dallas); his son-in-law Glenn Doan of Blackfalds; Carroll Beth.
