She was predeceased by : her husband Ben. She is survived by : her daughters, Cecilia Gustafson, Karen Drebert (Don) and Theresa Machuk (Edward).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Hazel's name directly to the Drayton Valley Hospital for the palliative care unit.
