He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Forrest and Morris Forrest; and his sisters, Del and Marie. He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his children, Shonda Ashcroft (Lawson), Bradley Forrest (Kristy), Craig Forrest (Judy) and Sherilyn Hutchinson (Paul).
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the MacKenzie Conference Centre (5737 45 Ave, Drayton Valley, AB T7A0B6).
