A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Senior Citizens Club of Drayton Valley (5138 52 Ave, Drayton Valley, AB T7A1S4). A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Senior Citizens Club Building (5138 52 Ave, Drayton Valley, AB T7A1S4). She continued to live alone, enjoying her garden and neighbors until November 27, 2023, when she got Covid and her doctor told her that she could not live alone anymore.

In lieu of flowers a donation in Joyce's name can be made to the Senior Citizens Club of Drayton Valley, or the Elks of Canada.
