She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet (George Evans) and England; her husband Ken; her granddaughter Carrie-Lynn; her son-in-law John; and her close friends, Max and Doreen.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon (Mark); her granddaughter Stephanie (Chris); her great grandchild Christian (Alex); her daughter Darlene; her granddaughter Joanna; her great grandchildren, Amanda and Kenny; and her sister-in-law Doreen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
As per Georgie's wishes there will not be a funeral service, if friends so desire memorial donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation or the Calgary Neuro Oncology Clinic.
