She was predeceased by: her husband Francis Holt; her parents, Ruby Polych and Walter Polych; her grandparents, Phyllis and Percy Whitford; her siblings, Allen Polych and Sherry Polych; her nephew Steven Cormack; her brother-in-law Rick Paullus; and her former husband Ron Horvath.
She is survived by: her sons, Lorry and Robin Horvath; her sister Sheila Paullus (Chad); her sister-in-law Bonnie Polych (Melody); her niece Michelle Bascom (Mike); her nephew Mitchell Cormack (Anna); and her brother-in-law Gordon Molyneux.
