It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Darlene Marion Beck (Duchess, Alberta), who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Martin Unrath and Ella Unrath; and her sister Yvonne. She is survived by : her husband Gordon Beck; her children, Deneen Beck (Leon), Gregory Beck (Liza) and Geoffrey Beck (Jen); her grandchildren, Rachael Ropp (Greg), Evan Ropp (Amber), Caleb Ropp (Jelaine), Hannah Ropp (Caleb), Reagan Ropp, Aaron Ropp, Kimber-Lee Beck (Tyler), Darian Beck, Kennedy Beck and Emily Maurette; her great grandchildren, Anthony and Shad Blosser; her grandchildren, Wesley, Thomas, Frederick, Samantha Ropp, Rylah, Leo, Meyer, Lucy Ropp, Charlotte, Marylou Wielemaker, Thaedeon Vanhuizen and Miles Kerner; and her sisters, Francis Knodel (Dennis), Carol Makus (Clayton) and Sharon Anhorn (Don).

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thom's Funeral Home (477 Margaret Ave, Duchess, AB T0J0Z0). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Evangelical Free Church (625 8 St W, Brooks, AB T1R0E3).
