It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Ostafichuk (Duchess, Alberta), who passed away on April 22, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of John Ostafichuk to show support.

He was predeceased by : his daughter Susan Wigemyr; and his brother Mike Ostafichuk. He is survived by : his wife Eileen Riste; his daughter Sonja Schock (Tracey); his son-in-law Blaine Wigemyr; and his granddaughters, Nicole Magnuson (Jordan), Maddison Drader (Ryan), Paige Schock (Baxter) and Brooke Schock.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers you make a donation to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation in honor of both John, and his daughter Susan.
