It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nellie Slatter (Duchess, Alberta), who passed away on February 7, 2026, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelia Kamp and Dirk Kamp; her husband George; her siblings, Neil, Pete Kamp, Minnie and Lee; her brother-in-law Doug Moon (Watson Mitchell); and her son-in-law Tony Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Peters (Gary), Brenda Brown and Diane Bogi (John); her grandchildren, Arvin, Brad Grimshaw (Denise), Michael Bogi (Jamie), Lisa Brown, Melinda Hogg (Raymond) and Paige Gould (Daniel); and her great grandchildren, Clayton, Tysen, Adam, Rhett, Jessie, Kale, Georgia, Parker, Eleanor and Hattie.
