He was predeceased by: his former wife Agnes Neufeld (Walde); his parents, Abram U. Neufeld and Susanna Neufeld (Dyck); his half-brothers, Bill Neufeld (Olive) and Jake Neufeld (Agnes); and his sister Eunice Pauls (Bill).

He is survived by: his wife Elsie Neufeld (Klassen); his children, Shirley Voth (Harry), Kenton "Ken" Neufeld (Cathy), Susan "Sue" Krohn (Todd), Rodney "Rod" Neufeld (Shelley), Dale Neufeld (Dawn) and LeAnne Lien (Kent); his grandchildren, Karalyn (Ryan), Kendra Rae (Ryan), Luwana Befus (Neil), Darin Neufeld (Niki), Arland Voth (Shawna Reiss), Robin Neufeld, Kristin Butterfras (Neil), Brooke MacPherson (Ryan), Desmond Neufeld (Kelsey), Cameron Neufeld, Heather Ireland (Dan), Cherish Long (Kevin), Erik Lien, Brynn Lien, Skylar Heydlauf-Neufeld and Morgan Lien; and his brothers, La-Verne Neufeld (Mae) of Enderby, BC and Ken Neufeld (Erna) of Didsbury, AB. He is also survived by his 29 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and numerous beloved friends.
