He is survived by : his wife Betty; his children, Everett (Esther), Janice and Dustin (Amber); his adoptive children, Jenny Goodin, Bernie Bearhat, Tony Good Eagle, Sandra Black Rider and Bernadette Good Eagle; his grandchildren, Carmen, Cheyenne, Ross Jr., Aleeka, Zaileah, Zimaura, Jonas, Sage, Dave and Stan; his great grandchildren, Beatrice, William, Bryson, Anna Roze, Dante, Carson, Isabella, Elijah, Aarius, Chase and Lucas; his siblings, Judy, Faye, David and Alec; his nieces and nephews, Reserve, Lyle Poor Eagle and Tammy Poor Eagle; his sister-in-law Joan Pooreagle; his uncle Doug Pooreagle; his pets, Lucian, Kudo and Dixie; and his siblings, Adam, Levi, Gilbert, Silvia, Louise, Mildred, Rita and Marie.
