She was predeceased by: her husband John; her siblings, Annie, Janet (Glenn), Robert, Geordie (Doreen) and Joe (Kay); and her parents, Ellen Jane and Joseph George.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley (Don), Linda (Darrell) and Laurie; her grandchildren, Tracy (Mark), Valerie (Trevor), Becky and Jeffrey (Sylvia); her brother Garvin (Kay); her close friend Ken; Amanda. She is also survived by her 10 great-grandchildren, her many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, March 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery (5420 106 St, Edmonton, AB T6H2S9). A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Connelly-McKinley Edmonton South Funeral Home (4820 Meridian St NW, Edmonton, AB T6P1R3).
