He was predeceased by: his father Rudolf; and his siblings, Gunda, Linda and Art. He is survived by: his wife Alice; his children, Heidi (Eric), Brian (Jill) and Trevor (Melissa); his grandchildren, Lauren, Ava, Corbin, Rylan, Blake, Owen and Alianna; and his brother Helmut. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Leduc Community Hospital, or the Cross Cancer Institute.
