It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Hanson Digby (Edmonton, Alberta), born in Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario, who passed away on February 6, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hanson and Ona; and his siblings, Robert, Dorothy and Doris.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Michael (Ilona), Tracy (Ross) and Lisa (Wayne); his grandchildren, Kaila, Rayne (Rylan), Sarah (Devon), Jared and Madaline; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Kessler, Violet and Liam. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
