He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonius (Tom) and Alberta (Haak). He is survived by: his wife Rita (Beaulieu); his sons, Eric Anthony (Tony) and Michael Rene; his grandsons, Tyler and Wyatt; and his sister Hettie Sullivan.
