He is survived by: his wife Dene; his children, Alice, Steven (Tracy) and Juanita (Cal); his grandchildren, Andrew (Ashlee), Jordana (Jesse), Danielle (Kevin), Austin (Sydney), Marissa, Joshua (Shannon), Kore, Sabe, Kade and Koll; his great grandchildren, Desmond, Rhylee, Caleb, Katerina, Eleanor, Quinn, Jake, Lukas, Kinlee, Alexander and Rowan; and his siblings, Margaret, Terry, Albertus and Jan.
