She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Tkachyk and Katherine Chwyl (Panas); her husband Arthur; her siblings, Kornel, William, Michael, Nickolaus Tkachyk, Steven Chwyl, Lucia and Anna; her parents-in-law, Louis and Mae LaFleche; and her siblings-in-law, LeRoi LaFleche, Milton Ash, John Gunn, Arlene LaFleche, Patricia Chwyl and Louisa Tkachyk.
She is survived by: her children, DeNae (Norm) and Trevor.
A prayer will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the St. Basil Ukrainian Catholic Church (7007 109 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6H3B9). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
