Alexandria’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Boleslaw Stelmaschuk and Olga Stelmaschuk. She is survived by: her husband Russell; her daughters, Tina (Ben) and Ebeth (Joe); her granddaughter Abigail; and her brothers, Walter (Marian) and Terry (Cindy). She is also survived by her niece, nephews, cousins, extended family, and many friends.
A prayer will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the St. Anthony of Kyiv Ukrainian Orthodox Sobor (6103 172 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6M1C1). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
At St. Anthony's, she also taught Sunday School, co-ordinated English language classes for newly arrived Ukrainian immigrants, and volunteered at parish work bees and charity events.
